Celebrate 250 at Wayside Cottage!

Wayside Cottage is the place to be on Sunday, June 14th, from 2:00 - 6:00 PM! Hosted by RW250 and the Junior League of Central Westchester, this lively Revolutionary-era tavern experience celebrates the Semiquincentennial (1776-2026) and the 325th anniversary of Scarsdale with music and merriment for all ages. Martha Washington will join us with British General Howe, Patriot Col. Enjoy tavern Music by The Liberty Three. Try your hand at Skittles and Shut the Box with Philipse Manor Hall. Write with a quill pen and meet the local weaver. Be thrilled by musket drills with the 5th NY. Tour the Cottage and the Witness Stones Project honoring the eight enslaved individuals who worked at the cottage. At 4:00 PM, play our original American Revolution Trivia—The Westchester Edition! Gather your team or play alone. Tavern fare and libations for purchase at the Captain Lawrence food truck.
