The Village's Birthday Bash is on Sunday, May 31st, in Chase Park, 9 AM - 1:30 PM. Please join your friends and neighbors for a unique and special celebration of the founding of our village! The event will feature family-friendly festivities, including games, crafts, music, & more!

Join us for Melodies for Memories, a student-led classical music benefit concert presented by the Tri-M Music Honor Society on Thursday, June 11th, from 8:00–9:00 PM in the Scarsdale High School Auditorium. The concert will feature performances by student musicians while raising awareness and support for women’s neurological health research benefiting the Maimonides Women’s Neurology Center. Tickets are $5 for students and $10 for adults, and light refreshments will be provided following the concert.

Congratulations to Heathcote Elementary on the unveiling of their new Schoolwide Agreements! Led by delegates from each classroom and teacher leaders, the agreements were developed as part of Heathcote's Responsive Classroom goals. Heathcote Huskies work hard everyday to support an environment that is SAFE, KIND, & FAIR. Every student will have the opportunity to add their name to their new "Constitution", forever documenting their role in creating the Heathcote they envision!

Wayside Cottage is the place to be on Sunday, June 14th, from 2 - 6 PM! Hosted by RW250 and the Junior League of Central Westchester, this lively Revolutionary-era tavern experience celebrates the Semiquincentennial (1776-2026) and the 325th anniversary of Scarsdale with music and merriment for all ages. Martha Washington will join us with British General Howe, Patriot Col. John Glover, revolutionary women and soldiers in this authentic 18th-century cottage where the Patriot Varian family faced ever-present danger from Loyalist and British attacks during the war years. Enjoy tavern Music by The Liberty Three. Try your hand at Skittles and Shut the Box with Philipse Manor Hall. Write with a quill pen and meet the local weaver. Be thrilled by musket drills with the 5th NY. Tour the Cottage and the Witness Stones Project honoring the eight enslaved individuals who worked at the cottage. At 4 p.m., play our original American Revolution Trivia—The Westchester Edition! Gather your team or play alone. Tavern fare and libations for purchase at the Captain Lawrence food truck. Colonial sweets and Flag Day treats for kids, too!
